TERMS AND DISCLOSURES REGARDING RESY CREDIT
As of 23 September 2025, Chez Xue is a restaurant accepting reservations on the Resy platform. No reservation is required to earn Resy Credit.
The Resy Credit programme is managed solely by American Express.
American Express says that credits may take up to eight (8) weeks to post to customer accounts after a transaction posts.
Chez Xue is not responsible for the non-receipt, delay, or denial of any Resy Credit.
Transactions made at Chez Xue take up to 36 hours to settle with the bank. Additional time may be required for the bank to post the transaction. Therefore, the date of the transaction and the date on which a transaction posts to your statement will likely differ.
Use of the Resy Credit is at the cardmember’s own risk, and Chez Xue assumes no liability whatsover in connection with the program.
Orders placed at Chez Xue via Uber Eats, DoorDash, or any third-party platform are not eligible for the Resy Credit.
