  • A Resy Credit is a statement credit benefit from American Express for eligible cardholders, giving them money back when they pay with their enrolled AMEX card at Chez Xue.

  • Platinum Card: $100/quarter ($400/yr)

    Gold Card: $50/half year ($100/yr)

    Delta SkyMiles Platinum: $10/mo. ($120/yr)

  • YES. All purchases made in-store at Chez Xue are eligible for the Resy Credit.

  • YES. You must first ACTIVATE the Resy Credit for each eligible card by visiting AMEX’s website or app. On the app, the activation option can be found under the Membership tab. You only need to activate the benefit once per eligible card.

  • NO. Purchases made through third-party platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are NOT eligible for the Resy Credit.

  • NO. You do not need a Resy account to use Resy Credit.

  • YES

  • YES. Please feel free to ask your server. We can split transactions by amount (e.g., $100 on your Platinum Card, the rest on your Gold Card, etc.).

  • YES. All in-store purchases, including in-store purchases of gift cards at Chez Xue, are eligible for the Resy Credit.

RESY CREDIT

  1. As of 23 September 2025, Chez Xue is a Resy restaurant.

  2. No reservation or Resy account is required to earn Resy Credit.

  3. YOU MUST FIRST ENROL ONLINE (AMEX WEBSITE OR APP) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE RESY CREDIT. Not all cards are eligible for the Resy Credit. For example, the Business Platinum Card is not eligible.

  4. The Resy Credit programme is managed solely by American Express.

  5. American Express says that credits may take up to eight (8) weeks to post to customer accounts after a transaction posts.

  6. Chez Xue is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the non-receipt, delay, or denial of any Resy Credit.

  7. Transactions made at Chez Xue take up to 36 hours to settle with the bank. Additional time may be required for the bank to post the transaction. Therefore, the date of the transaction and the date on which a transaction posts to your statement will likely differ.

  8. Use of the Resy Credit is at the cardmember’s own risk, and Chez Xue assumes no liability whatsover in connection with the program.

  9. Orders placed at Chez Xue via Uber Eats, DoorDash, or any third-party platform are not eligible for the Resy Credit.
